At the beginning of December I had some work in the Tiny Art Pop-up Show organised by WAI (Westland Arts Inc).
Work from seven members was exhibited in the cute little Weighstation building alongside the Custom House in the riverside heritage area in Hokitika. It is a replica of the historic building from when Hokitika was a thriving river port in the 1860s. It is unlined with the framing timber providing Frames for much of the artwork.
It opened on a fine Friday evening with a BYO standing picnic. Then it was open over the following three days. It was most successful in terms of the number of people who came to view it as well sales.
Here are my artworks alongside some of the other artists work.
